“What is my geeky hobby?”
I have 2! I love to game and blog about gaming and other nerdy/geeky things. Gaming helps me escape from the real world every once in a while when I can get the time. Blogging helps me put my geeky/nerdiness into words and connect with people who like the same things I do.
I like RPG games. Something that can take me to another world where I don’t have to deal with real life problems, just saving the world/galaxy ones. I really do like the Destiny series, even though I haven’t gotten all the way through 2 and haven’t even bought Shadowkeep yet. Raising a little one tends to make time for video games a little hard. Lol. I did get the chance to play the Witcher 3 and enjoyed it. I did a speed run of sorts because I really enjoyed playing as Ciri, but when I can get the chance to really play again, I want to delve deeper into the side quests and truly enjoy the game. I also had a lot of fun beating the snot out of griffens and other creatures. (Can you imagine this game in VR?!)
Blogging is a new-ish hobby. I started about a year ago or so and just couldn’t get the time to really write. That and every time I sat down to write, my brain would just shut down and I’d get the biggest case of writer’s block. So, I am truly enjoying this 30 say challenge. It’s helped me to really write and bust that writer’s block!
